The symptoms of illness; health advice; descriptions of and reactions to accidents; accounts of information received; funeral traditions and rites; literature on death; the Spanish health system. Hypotheses about the present and prediction of future events; opinions stated more or less confidently; acceptance or refutation of others' opinions; household-related advice; household breakdowns, outages or imperfections; complaints and formal letters of complaint; the channels for lodging complaints; reports to the authorities.

Students have 90 days to complete the course counting from the time they receive their AVE GLOBAL login details.
Requests to change to a different course may be lodged within 72 hours of receipt of the user’s login details. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the date of receipt of the user’s login details, providing the course content is not accessed. Otherwise, the deadline for requesting refunds is 48 hours after the first login.
